Sugarfree & paleo sangria gelatin

Get your summer vibes started w/this sugar free & paleo sangria gelatin recipe using low toxin dry farm wines white wine + summer fruit! It’s simple, low abv, & probably the 1st boozy dessert you’ll ever make that’s guilt free.

2 cups chopped fruit (I used raspberries for color + apricot & nectarine)
1 cup cold water
2 tbsp gelatin
1 1/2 cups dry white wine
1 tbsp lemon juice
Stevia to taste, if desired

  1. Dissolve gelatin in water in a saucepan & let bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat gelatin-water mix over med-low heat until glossy, w/no lumps.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly, then pour into a pan, glasses, or molds.
  4. Chill until firm. 2-4 hours.
