    Hi Ariane!

    I follow you on Insta and love your work and that your spirit really shines through! I am a health coach with a minor in health education and have helped people lose weight and reduce meds through blood sugar stabilization for almost a decade. I have worked only in one person’s home for a few months but found I was becoming overwhelmed and doing lots of dishes. My girlfriend would like me to cook for her but I need a mentor. What kind of classes do you offer as far as teaching goes? I need help! I really want to work for myself in people’s home cooking healthy whole meals and teaching them Pilates. Is there any way we can connect? I would love the opportunity to learn from you.

      Hi Karolyn, thank you for your comment! I offer half day, full day, or week long classes for private chefs. We focus on easy whole food recipes that can be altered endlessly into a wide array of dishes and meals, so that for each recipe you learn, you walk away with both a new techniques and multiple variations. If you’re looking for help in managing a kitchen as well so that you’re able to do a day’s work without a sea of plate ware staring at you at the end, I can of course offer tips and pointers that can make your time spent in a kitchen more efficient and relaxed. You have an excellent foundation already!
      Typically, when I train chefs it is their employers who hire me and we work in that client’s home. Since that’s not the case here, if you’re close to local I could offer a lesson (or more) out of my place in Beverly Hills. Feel free to email me: to talk further.
